The load capacity of a caster is calculated as follows: T=(E Z) / M × N: T=the load capacity of a caster; E=the weight of the conveying equipment itself; Z=maximum load; M=the number of commonly used casters; N=safety performance (about 1.3-1.5).

 

4. Select the diameter of the caster: Generally, the larger the wheel diameter, the easier it is to move, the greater the load capacity, and at the same time, the better it can protect the road from damage. The use of wheel diameter size should take into account the total weight of the installation and the starting force of the electric transport truck under load.

 

5. Ensure the wheel's rotation flexibility: The larger the wheel, the easier it is to rotate. The bearing has a larger load capacity and less pressure when rotating. Therefore, after installing high-quality bearings, it can carry heavy loads, rotate more lightly, and be flexible and quiet.

 

6. Product temperature conditions: Cold and high temperature conditions have a great impact on casters, so you should choose suitable casters according to your own transportation environment. For example, polyurethane wheels can rotate flexibly and easily at ultra-low temperatures of minus 45 degree , and heat-resistant wheels can rotate easily at high temperatures of 270 degree .
